I'm a postdoctor in bacteriology and infection prevention and control. I investgate biofilm i veterinary healthcare environments, the biofilms potential to spred AMR and strategies to handle biofilm in veterinary healthcare environment.

Presentation

I'm a doctor i veterinary infection prevention and control since 2024 and I have a becground as a veterinarian and I also have a master in infectious disease control. I have a big interest in infection prevention and control which is also my area of research and teaching. I'm a board member in Veterinär vårdhygienförening which arranges a yearly infection and prevention control conference.

Teaching

I'm the course ledare for the course infection prevention and control and emergency care in the master program in veterinary nursing. I teach veterinary nursing students and veterinary students in infectious prevention and control.

I have a background as course leader for the courses infection prevention and control and anesthesia and perioperative infection prevention and control.

Supervision

I'm the main supervisor for a veterinary master thesis with the primrily title "Brucella canis - risks in swedish veterinary healthcare".

I have been the assistant supervisor for two master thesis in infection prevention and control at Gothenburg University.

I have been the main supervisor for 2-3 bacherlor theses, with exception for 2023-2024, since 2016.
