Filiz Kinikli

I'm a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Department of People and Society. My research focuses on agricultural economics, farmer cooperatives, sustainable agri-food value chains and behavioral economics, with a particular interest in social capital and organizational performance.

I hold a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Ege University, Türkiye, where I also worked as a Research Assistant for eight years (2014-2022). My PhD thesis examined the social and economic performance of cooperatives and explored the role of member participation, organizational trust, and efficiency in dairy cooperatives in Türkiye.
