Research
In my current position, I focus on i) incorporating tree branch turnover into forest carbon dynamics, and ii) photosynthetic induction during sunflecks in Norway spruce and Scots pine in response to nitrogen fertilization.
During my Ph.D. studies, using a multifactor climate change experiment, I investigated the ecophysiological responses of tree seedlings (seed germination, leaf gas exchange, and biomass growth) to extreme heat and precipitation.
