My research lies at the intersection of forest disturbance ecology and remote sensing, with a particular focus on developing methods to analyse optical satellite time series. I am interested in understanding how forests change over time, whether due to natural dynamics, climate‑driven disturbances, or human activities, and in creating tools that make it easier to detect, quantify, and interpret those changes from space‑based observations.
