Andreas Schneider
Research
My main interest are the fungal communities in boreal forest soils and tree roots, both on a smaller, local scale but also in connection to larger biogeochemical processes. I mainly use next generation sequencing technologies to study fungal community composition and activity, in combination with enzyme and other chemical assays.
