PhD student studying the effects of megaherbivores on biodiversity in boreal forest ecosystems.
Presentation
My research interests include movement ecology, species interactions, and biodiversity conservation. In my PhD, I study how megaherbivores affect boreal forest biodiversity and tree recruitment, focusing on habitat use of moose and reindeer, and how these dynamics vary with forest age and management. My work combines field surveys and experiments to better understand the role of megaherbivores in shaping forest ecosystems.
