Johanna works as Director for SLU Centre for Organic Food and Farming, Epok. She is also employed as researcher where her field of research is sustainable food systems.
Presentation
Epok, where Johanna is the Director, has as its primary mission to communicate research on organic production and consumption but also to contribute to education in the field. In this position, Johanna participates in teaching, both at SLU and to some extent externally, on more comprehensive aspects of organic production and consumption. Johanna also leads many of the projects that Epok's affiliated researchers work on and is involved in planning seminars and workshops within the projects.
As time and opportunity allow, Johanna participates in research projects alongside her time as director at Epok.
