Working with quantitative and population genomic analyses, mainly in apple, with a special interest in climate adaptation.
Presentation
I use quantitative genetics and population genomic tools to further our understand of the inheritance of breeding related traits in horticultural crops. I mainly work with apple, and my key interest is in traits related to climate adaptations and its genomic signatures.
