My PhD project Cats at the Center of the Transmission Chain: Exposure and Surveillance of Viral Diseases from a One Health Perspective aims to investigate the role of cats as potential hosts, transmitters, and indicators of zoonotic viral infections, with a focus on avian influenza and SARS-CoV-2.
