PhD student, Division of Forest Microbiology
I study the fungal communities of Scots pine and the effect of the host tree´s genotype on them.
Research
Tree genotype and soil mycobiome – importance for soil processes
My project aims to quantify the effect of the genetic variation of Scots pine on the belowground fungal communities, and link it to changes in soil chemical processes such as carbon sequestration.
