You must apply for courses before each semester, even if you are a programme student. The exception is courses in your first semester as a programme student, as you are admitted to these at the same time as you are admitted to the programme. Read more about how to apply for courses here.
To be admitted to a course, you must meet the entry requirements for the course or courses you wish to take. You can find the entry requirements in the course syllabus, or by searching for the course in the course catalogue. If you are conditionally admitted to a course, you have time to fulfil the requirements up until the course start date.
If you have been admitted, you must register in order to keep your place, participate in teaching, receive student financial aid, be covered by insurance, and have your study results documented. Depending on whether you are admitted to a programme or to an individual course, registration is carried out in different ways. Read more about registration.
Late application: If you missed the application period for a course, you may submit a late application. Read more about what applies.
