  • Cultivation environments (climate and plant material) suitable for the production of grapes, fruit and berries and how the conditions can be modified by cultivation management



  • Pomology of the most commonly produced fruits in Sweden



  • Review of different production orientations



  • Economic planning for fruit, berry and vine production, and analysis of the plan, risk assessment and measures



  • Seminars on key issues in fruit, berry and vine production from sustainable, economic and social perspective



  • Applied processing of fruit, berries and grapes




Scheduled practicals, excursions and seminars are obligatory.
