Nordic Field Trial System
The Nordic Field Trial System (NFTS) is the main database for Swedish field trials. It is a system for planning, administration, data reporting, and result processing.
The system includes trial planning, administration, data reporting, result processing, search functions, and more. NFTS serves as the main database for Swedish field trials and is a collaborative effort between Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
Approximately 2000 field trials are entered into NFTS each year, of which about 600 are Swedish.
The Nordic Field Trial System was originally developed around 1992 as a Danish field trial system. It was revised and redeveloped in 2005–2006 to become a joint Nordic system.
