Acceptance and commitment training

Page reviewed:  18/08/2025

This autumn we will again offer the chance to participate in Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT) - a mental health training program with the aim of gaining knowledge on how to address issues that affect work/life balance.

The program creates the conditions for increasing psychological well-being and achieving a higher perceived quality of life. The ambition is to give participants inspiration and strategies for assessing situations they face and to find their own relevant approaches to dealing with them.

On four occasions of 3 hours each, you will learn how to deal with things that prevent you from performing and thriving in areas that are important to you.
