Registration

Registration is handled by Akademikonferens. For all questions related to the registration contact them at ICOC20@akademikonferens.se

Conference fees (excluding 25% VAT):

• IOBC member: 2200 SEK
• Non-member: 3200 SEK
• Student: 1100 SEK

The conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunches September 29-30, conference dinner on the second day, local excursion and transfer bus between Malmö and the conference venue. PhD students are included in the student category. If you are unsure whether you or your institution are a member of IOBC WPRS, please contact Nazanin Zamani-Noor.  

Abstract submission

Abstract submission is now open! We welcome you to submit your extended abstract by May 01, 2026. Extended abstracts are a maximum of four pages, including references. Abstracts should be prepared according to the template provided below. Please pay attention to font size, colour, and format of each section as specified in template. 

How to proceed when you have written your abstract in the template:

• Send your abstract to hanna.friberg@slu.se using “ICOC20 abstract” as subject line. Indicate in your email if you prefer an oral or poster presentation. 
• The file name should be: ICOC20_Your last name

All contributions accepted for oral or poster presentations will be published in the IOBC Bulletin from the workshop.
