Our department consists of about 80 people and we are located at MVM-Center at SLU campus Ultuna in Uppsala.

By bus

From the Central station in Uppsala, you can take any of the following buses:

  • Number 4 from Uppsala C (central station), Area B4 towards Akademiska Ultuna Gottsunda
  • Regional bus number 100 from Uppsala C (central station), Area B4 towards Ultuna
  • Regional bus number 101 from Uppsala C Area D1 towards Vassunda Knivsta . 

The trip will take 15-25 minutes (depending on the bus you take) and you get off at the bus stop called Veterinärvägen (please note that starting on august 2025, there will be disruptions to the regular bus service in Uppsala due to the construction of the city tram). 

Important! The bus company no longer accepts cash on buses in Uppsala, they do however take credit cards. You can find more information regarding timetables and tickets at the Upplands Lokaltrafik web site.

By car

Set your GPS to go to MVM-centrum. You can use this link (Google maps). You will find several parking places around the building.
