SLU Future One Health is organisationally part of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science. The platform is headed by the Programme Manager, Susanna Sternberg Lewerin.

SLU Future One Health Office consists of a Programme Manager, a Programme Secretary, a Communications Officer and a Programme Coordinator. The platforms also have two hub coordinators, one in Alnarp and one in Umeå.
