Postgraduate Education at Department of Urban and Rural Development
Postgraduate education is given in the subect areas: Agrarian history, Environmental communication, Landscape architecture and Rural development.
The postgraduate education consist partly of courses, which can be taken within the framework of the department's own research school Society and Landscape, but also at other departments at SLU or other universities. Research students also run their own research project, their dissertation work, under the supervision of some of the department's researchers.
The department also runs, in collaboration with the Department of Economics, the research school Social Science Perspectives on Sustainable Development (SSPSD).
