Göran Andersson
Professor in molecular genetics, head of the section of Molecular genetics and bioinformatics.

Research

My research is focused on animals, mainly dogs, as a model for complex traits. I am especially interested in how gene expressions are regulated and how that influences traits, such as increases the risk of developing a disease. My dog research is primarly concerns heart and immune mediated diseases.
