Our lab has a broad focus on the interaction between viruses and plants. Our approaches include comparative virology as a key to a more general understanding of how selected cellular pathways contribute to viral disease outcomes mainly in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Our virus models include a wide range of viruses, which we use in different projects of plant cell biology and virology. Below you can find examples of our publications that demonstrate the type of research we do.
