RESEARCH PROJECT

Functional dogs

KEY POINTS
  • The project aims to gain more insight into evaluating the functionality of dogs in different situations, both working dogs and dogs that are mainly kept as companions.
  • Based on questionnaires and behavioral assessment data, we will identify specific desired traits according to different categories of dog owners, examine the extent to which behavioral assessments predict work success, and investigate possible correlations between current and new evaluation methods.
