Short summary

Building the DRC’s capacity for environmental monitoring and assessment to support sustainable livelihood activities.

Building the Democratic Republic of Congo’s (DRC’s) capacity for environmental monitoring and assessment (EMA) supports sustainable livelihood activities that preserve the integrity of ecosystems. Working with the Catholic University of the Congo School of Management and support from SIDA, the project is piloting EMA with stakeholders at the Mabali Research Station on Lake Tumba.
