Upcoming acitivities

This autumn, SLU will host a seminar series entitled “Bayesian Data Analysis: From Foundations to Applications.”

The seminar series will mainly focus on applications of Bayesian data analysis in research areas at SLU, including agriculture, forestry, ecology, environmental science, and all other related disciplines. The aim is to highlight how Bayesian methods are used in practice to analyze complex data and quantify uncertainty.

The seminar series will be fully online.

When: In March every year

This day is complementary to the Introductory course in the autumn and will mainly be about obligations and rights of PhD students. You will not get credits for participating on this day, but in case you take the Introductory course you are allowed to skip this part that will also appear on the Introductory course.
