Katarina Elofsson

Katarina Elofsson är forskare i miljöekonomi. Hennes forskning handlar om internationell, nationell och regional miljöpolitik för förvaltning av  vattenkvalitet, jaktbart vilt, rovdjur, invasiva arter och klimat. Studierna har kopplingar till jordbruk, skogsbruk och energianvändning. De rör miljöpolitik, bland annat förvaltning av vattenkvalitet, biologisk mångfald, invasiva arter och vilda djur, kolsänkor och klimatpolitik, bevarande av åkermark och flernivåstyre i miljöpolitiken. 

Forskning

Katarina är involverad i forskningsprojektet Vägar till klimatvänligt samspel mellan livsmedel och bioenergi på jordbruksmark, som finansieras av Energimyndigheten.

Handledning

Katarina handleder två doktorander:

Bahre Kiros, med avhandlingsprojektet Essays on the economics of climate change adaptation and natural resource use, och

Ida Nordin, med avhandlingsprojektet Vägar till klimatvänligt samspel mellan livsmedel och bioenergi på jordbruksmark.
