Mariette Andersson
Researcher and Deputy Head of the Plant Breeding Department

Presentation

My main research interest is to design plants to produce tailor made compounds with benefits for our health and/or our environment, by using biotechnology. My focus lies on potato starch, but oil, sugar and protein are also of interest.
