National survey on the occurrence of common bunt species in Southern and Central Sweden and their virulence in winter wheat. This project is financed by FORMAS.

Identification, collection and multiplication of winter wheat and oat genotypes varying in cadmium uptake. Project funded by Jordbruksverket.

CResWheat- Pre-breeding for Nordic climate resilient spring wheat. The main objective is to support the breeding of climate-resilient spring wheat by identifying genetic resources, genes and markers associated with disease resistance, drought tolerance and important adaptive traits for the Nordic region. ”Resistance Gene Array” a targeted approach for capturing of plant resistance genes. A formas project where we will develop a protocol using “Sequence capturing” to capture, sequence and quantify known R-gene sequences and R-gene-like sequences in barley  (Hordeum vulgare L.) genotypes with
known levels of resistance to the bird cherry-oat aphid, Rhopalosiphum padi (L.). The aim is to identify one or several R-genes against R. padi. This project is financed by FORMAS.
