We hold the primary responsibility for the Faculty of Forest Sciences’ long-term forest field experiments, experimental forests, and research stations, and we offer both expertise and land for the establishment of new trials. In addition, we actively participate in several major research infrastructures.

  • Long-term field experiments
  • Major projects/infrastructures
  • Ongoing environmental monitoring

Administration and management are coordinated from our four research stations, each of which is also responsible for different aspects of the operations and for field trials in various parts of the country:

  • Siljansfors Research Station (Mora Municipality)
  • Asa Research Station (Växjö Municipality)
  • Tönnersjöheden Research Station (Halmstad Municipality)
