The Department of Soil and Environment carries out monitoring and assessment in Agricultural landscapes, forest and eutrophication. SLU assesses the state of the environment in Sweden on a mission from the government
The Environmental Monitoring and Assessment at SLU is organised in twelve programmes. At the Department of Soil and Environment, we coordinate the Climate Programme and Agricultural Landscapes Programme.

Access Data from the Inventories
We also deliver quality-assured data from environmental monitoring on behalf of the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. This provides the outside world faster access to the latest results.
