We offer a bachelor's program and a master's program that provide you with knowledge about forestry issues in both Swedish and international contexts. After graduation, you will have highly sought-after expertise and career opportunities in both the private and public sectors.

Forest and Landscape (bachelor's programme)

The programme adopts a holistic approach to the forest landscape and its importance for society by combining different perspectives on forest and landscape, environment and economy, management and nature conservation, city and countryside. The programme is given in English.

I truly appreciate the interdisciplinary approach. The combination of forest production and landscape architecture is unique and offers so many different career opportunities. – Andrea, student in Forest and Landscape.

Euroforester (master's programme)

This master's programme is for you who are open to new ideas and want to gain a profound understanding of forest management, forest ecology, planning and policy, both in Sweden and in an international context. The programme is given in English.

Each course in the program includes a field excursion, making the education very hands-on. I have participated in excursions from northern Sweden to Germany, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, where I have had the opportunity to compare different forest ecosystems. – Hjalmar, student in Euroforester.
