Conference Participation

VetEd Europe 2027 accepts submissions in the following formats:

90-minute Interactive Workshop
Facilitators should structure the session to maximise active participation, using interactive methods and collaborative activities.

15-minute Short Communication (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
Accepted abstracts will be grouped by theme.

5-minute E-Poster Talk (3 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A)
Digital posters will be displayed throughout the conference on dedicated screens.

At the discretion of the VetEd Europe Programming Committee, accepted proposals may be assigned to a different format if better suited to the program.

Abstract Instructions

Please submit your abstract in accordance with the following guidelines:

Maximum length: 250 words.
Content: The abstract should include a brief introduction, aim / purpose, methods / approach (if relevant), key findings / results; key discussion points or implications for veterinary education practice.
