Data from monitoring the reproduction of starlings (Sturnus vulgaris). 150 bird nests are inventoried annually, distributed in six sub-areas (with 25 nests each) within the Grimsö Wildlife Research Station area. In early May, the number of eggs laid is counted and two or three weeks later the number of hatchlings.

The data goes back to 1981. Until 2007, when two new sub-areas were added to the programme, 100 burrows were checked each year.
