Svea’s operations centre is the vessel’s hub for planning, coordination, and real-time monitoring during expeditions.
From here, researchers and technicians have access to data streams from echosounders, sensors, cameras, and other scientific equipment. Large screens, direct system integrations, and ample workspace make the operations centre a natural meeting point for decision-making and analysis while underway.
IT support is always available on board, and the internal network connects scientific instruments, workstations, and databases – enabling efficient workflows from anywhere on the vessel.
