Nordic collaboration

NordCAW

NordCAW's purpose is to facilitate communication on animal welfare and related issues between the scientific community, authorities, primary producers, and the broader public in the Nordic region.

European collaboration

EURCAW - Ruminants and Equines

EURCAW – Ruminants & Equines is tasked with supporting Member States in the implementation and enforcement of the EU's animal welfare legislation for ruminants and equines.

International collaboration

WOAH

The World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) supports Member States in developing animal welfare regulations by providing training, advice, and research. SCAW is part of a joint WOAH Collaborating Centre for animal protection and welfare.
