At the Department of Soil and Environment, you can carry out an independent project or degree project in the fields of soil science, environmental science, and biology at both undergraduate and advanced levels.

Independent project 

Are you interested in soil science, environmental science, or biology? At the Department of Soil and Environment at SLU, you have the opportunity to write your independent project or degree project within current and socially relevant subject areas. You will receive supervision from researchers with solid expertise and have the chance to contribute to ongoing research.

We offer independent projects at both undergraduate (Bachelor's) and advanced (Master’s) levels, where you can deepen your knowledge in a subject and develop your scientific skills.
