About us
The Faculty of Landscape Architecture, Horticulture and Crop Production Science (LTV faculty) is mainly located in Alnarp, in the centre of Sweden’s most dynamic agricultural, horticultural and food producing region, within a stone’s throw from the ocean.

Department of Biosystems and Technology
At the Department of Biosystems and Technology, we explore interactions between soil, plants, animals, the environment, climate, and humans in systems for sustainable food production and renewable raw materials. Our teaching and research focus on the sustainable and efficient use of limited resources for production in greenhouses, on agricultural land, and in farm buildings. -

LAPF is Sweden’s leading academic institution for education and research in the field of landscape architecture and a part of SLU Landscape. -
Department of People and Society
We work on solving societal challenges. At the intersection of research, teaching and practice, we bring together environmental psychology, business management and advisory services. Our purpose is to create the conditions for sustainable living and working environments in rural and urban areas. -

Unit for Collaboration and Development
We are the LTV Faculty's collaborative support resource. Our mission is to initiate, coordinate and co-finance research and development projects in collaboration with internal and external partners. We develop and implement training programmes, create meeting places and networks.
