The Honey Bee Research Centre focuses on honey bee health, honey bee disease ecology and pathology.
The research contribute to new knowledge and solutions to reduce the threat of disease and improve the sustainability of beekeeping.
We also research pathology and disease transmission in wild bees and bumblebees.
Our mission is to facilitate fundamental and applied research on honeybees by providing infrastructure, support, and a space for collaborations between experts in research and industry.
