Welcome to the 9th Annual Animal Welfare Science Symposium 19-20 May 2026.
The Animal Welfare Science Symposium aims to provide a friendly scientific forum for discussion to advance the broad and multidisciplinary subject of animal welfare. Both natural and social scientists are welcome. This symposium will be a mixture of longer plenary talks from invited speakers, shorter talks and group discussions. People are welcome to present preliminary results. The symposium will start directly after lunch the 19th of May and finish the afternoon 20th. The Animal Welfare Science Symposium is part of the Centre of Excellence in Animal Welfare.
