🚌✈️ Getting from Umeå Airport

Traveling from Umeå Airport (UME) is easy, whether you’re heading to Umeå University or downtown:

By Bus:

• Take Bus 6, 8 (80) from the airport terminal.

• To Downtown (Vasaplan): ~20–25 min, get off at Vasaplan (central bus hub).

• To Umeå University: ~25–30 min, get off at Universitetet/University stop (Universum).

• Cost: ~40 SEK per adult one-way ticket.

• Tickets are cashless via the Ultra app, contactless card, or online.

• Check schedules and routes on Ultra’s website.

By Taxi:

• Quick ride: ~15–20 min depending on traffic.

• Fare: ~250–350 SEK.

• Recommended companies: Umeå Taxi (umeataxi.se) or Taxi Kurir Umeå (taxikurir.se).

Tip: All city buses are cashless, making it easy to get around Umeå during the conference.
