Studied innate immunity activation in Agricultural fields using Apoplastic proteome, and transgenerational stability of β-Aminobutyric acid (BABA) and toxicity of Phosphite application on P. infestans.

• Developing genomic tools for accelerating the domestication and improvement of a novel bioenergy crop (Lepidium campestre).
• Developing Genomic tools and speed-breeding methods for red clover improvement.
