My research aims to drive the transition towards more circular and resilient food systems - through reducing food losses and waste.
Presentation
I am a PhD student at the Department of Energy and Technology at SLU, and I work with resource optimisation and resilient food systems in the research centre PLENTY.
Forskning
In my research I map, analyze and optimize how food waste and by-products are generated, processed and repurposed. Through analysis methods like LCA and MFA I will identify inefficiencies, resource recovery pathways, and key intervention points to help industries and policymakers design closed-loop food systems.
