  • Optional extras are limited; book early to secure your place

Fees vary by registration type. Reduced rates for PhD students, and field trip fee is partially supported by Nordic Forest Research (SNS) funding. Optional activities include a conference dinner and a field trip, both with limited places, so early booking is recommended. All prices are in SEK and include VAT where indicated.

Cancellation conditions
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at reg.biogeomon2026@akademikonferens.se This will also help us minimize food waste.


Cancellations should be made in writing to the conference secretariat. If you cancel a still unpaid registration, you will be charged a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
Cancellations made by 6 May 2026: the total amount will be refunded except for the cancellation fee, SEK 750.


Cancellations made after 6 May 2026 will not be refunded.
Cancellation of only separate activities or meals is not refundable.
If you cancel an unpaid registration, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 750 SEK.


Change of Name
If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague/friend.
