This webinar will present and discuss perspectives from different contexts, as part of a collaboration between SLU and Yokohama city university.

Researchers and students will give short presentations of their work in the field, and their will be space for dialogue on how to advance the field through knowledge exchange and collaboration.

Speakers include professor Masazumi Ao Yokohama City University, and is moderated by SLU food and cities coordinator Håkan Jönsson.

Food and Cities

Food and Cities is a collaboration between SLU Future Food and SLU Urban Futures. The project communicates SLU’s existing research and aims to create new encounters between different disciplines and sectors. The project seeks to identify knowledge gaps and cross-disciplinary research questions and investigates how a long-term thematic focus on food and cities could be established at SLU.
