Doctoral Award Ceremony

The annual doctoral award ceremony, SLU’s largest ceremonial occasion will take place Saturday 3 October. We celebrate those who have recently completed their doctoral studies, honorary doctors and jubilee doctors, and recognise those who have made valuable contributions to our university in various ways. The day before, on Friday 2 October, the new honorary doctors will give their open lectures.

Medals for Distinguished Service awarded to Ingrid Öborn, Ann Dolling and Maliheh Mehrshad

Each year, SLU awards three Medals for Distinguished Service – the Great Medal, the Gold Medal and the Silver Medal. This year’s recipients are Professor Emeritus Ingrid Öborn, Researcher Ann Dolling and Senior Lecturer Maliheh Mehrshad, respectively.
