Vad är forskarutbildning?

En forskarutbildning på fyra år leder till en doktorsexamen som är den högsta akademiska examen. Målet med utbildningen är att utrusta doktoranderna med de färdigheter och den kunskap som krävs för att de ska utvecklas till självständiga forskare som bidrar till utvecklingen inom sitt akademiska fält.
