Techane Bosona
My current research works focus on investigation of logistics and supply chain within agriculture and food sector. His research and teaching activities aim at improving sustainability of food and agriculture systems through coordinating, integrating, modeling, and optimizing logistics and supply chain activities.


The current main scientific works include:

-Digitization, modeling, and simulation of logistics and supply chains

-Value chain analysis (VCA) of local and organic food 

-Life cycle cost analysis (LCCA) and environmental assessment of local and organic food value chains and biomass supply to energy producing facilities

-Goods distribution including last-mile and home delivery systems

-Application of GIS in logistics managment including location analysis, transport rout optimization, nd resource optimization 


My teaching experiences include: System analysis and modeling, hydraulic structures, and logistics. Current courses:
