The Centre provides education opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. The Centre’s mission with education is to train future excellent leaders in honey bee research that can actively contribute to improving the knowledge base on honeybee health and contribute to the sustainability of beekeeping.

 

  • We have an annual undergraduate course titled “Bees Beekeeping and Pollination”.
  • We supervise independent project work at the Bachelors and Masters level. This can be in the form of literatures studies or field experiments. Contact a respective researcher for information and opportunities for project work.
  • We participate in student exchange programs for international students to gain research experience abroad.
  • We also arrange and participate in seminars and training courses for the industry and for authorities.
  • We regularly participate in educational public show-and-tell events.
