Presentation

I work with the unit for Data Management Support, with user support, information and education regards the management of research data. This means, e.g. curating data (quality checking) to be published via the Swedish National Data Service portal, assisting in the writing of data management plans, and presenting the Swedish archive regulations and what they mean when you work at SLU.    

Teaching

At SLU, I teach and inform about data management, data publication, Open Science, and Offentlighetsprincipen/allmänna handlingar (the principle of public access to official records).

At Uppsala University and Umeå University, I have taught on all academic levels: ground, advanced and PhD-level. I have and supervised, given lectures and seminars , e.g. within the ground level course in history of ideas, on academical writing, on the history of Uppsala university, and feminist theory of science. I have also created courses and course modules, such as Feminismens klassiker (Classics in Feminism) and Vetenskapsmannen - galning eller hjälte (The Scientist: lunatic or hero?).   

Research

I have a PhD from Uppsala University in History of Science and Ideas. I have primarily studied knowledge organisation during the 18th and 19th centuries, through work on university history, library history and history of education.
