To strengthen our network and feature the great outcomes of GCUA 2030 activities, we would like to share a quote from one of the member universities, this time from Volodymyr Tarabara, Michigan State University, about how the GCUA 2030 network helps enhance the experience of graduate students.

"GCUA 2030 is on the forefront of innovating and "ground truthing" approaches to international collaboration in the area of sustainability, broadly defined. GCUA's salient feature is a close engagement of students across the projects and across the Alliance's member Universities.

The work of student ambassadors is an example of such engagement. Michigan State University's sustainability community is proud to have been represented in GCUA 2030 by two outstanding student ambassadors: Dr. Yingjie Lin (presently - postdoc at Stanford University) and Dr. Sudha Kannan (MSU Department of Community Sustainability, 2020 Fulbright fellow to Zambia)."
