The course is divided into three parts:


Government Communication (5 credits)



  • Basic theory and concepts about environmental communication and conflicts



  • Meeting methodology



  • Written communication in environmental supervision



  • Conversation methodology



  • To exercise and meet power in connection with environmental supervision



  • Reflective conversations and other reflection methods





  1. Administrative Law and Food Law (5 credits)



  • food and management legislation



  1. Food supervision including internship (5 credits)



  • control methods in the field of food



  • Internship at an environmental inspection authority (including food and animal welfare inspection) including reflection on experience gained
