Demand-orientated heat production from biogas

Last changed: 06 February 2019

The objective is to study farm-scale production of power and heat from biogas including different flexible and demand-orientated strategies with a focus on heat. The aim is to assess the energy efficiency, the technical requirements and the economic and environmental performance for different scenarios. The work comprises development of systems scenarios, life cycle assessment and development of models for dynamic simulation of demand-orientated combined heat and power production.

Participants from the department: Emmy Petersson, Daniel Nilsson, Cecilia Sundberg, Per-Anders Hansson and Åke Nordberg

The project is financed by STandUP for Energy
